Most of our products are eligible for returns or exchanges in returned in their original condition. Please note, if your gift recipient returns the product to us, we will provide store credit for the amount that you paid for the gift, alternatively, you can request the return on their behalf, and we will refund to the original payment method. Some products, like our food, and other perishable products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. You can see the return policy on the product page before you make a purchase.
